All agents must complete the Tier 1 Training Course (45-course learning path) by April 15.

Effective May 1, 2026 – Updated Membership Rates

As our agency continues to expand with structured onboarding, required training, and additional resources such as our Private Facebook Agent Community, Agent Portal, and Supplier Resource Page, we are aligning our membership pricing with the increased value and rising industry costs.

Our goal is to continue building a strong, professional agency environment that supports every advisor’s growth and success.

πŸ“‘ Commission Process

  • System Access: Once you book your first trip, contact us for instructions on how to log into our commission tracking system.
  • Booking Logs: If you already have access, please log all bookings to ensure accurate commission tracking.
  • Supplier Commissions: Most suppliers pay commissions approximately one month after travel is completed.
  • Agency Commission Payments: Once payment is received from the supplier, we will send your 1099 and direct deposit instructions. Payments are issued on the 1st of each month for commissions received the prior month.
  • Invoice Review: You will receive an invoice five (5) days before the end of each month to review prior to payment processing.

⚠️ Important Booking Requirement

All reservation bookings must be entered into our CRM system. We cannot track or process commissions for bookings that are not logged.

If commission paperwork is not logged within 90 days of the issuance date, a $10 processing fee will apply.

Tiers are based on total Annual Booked Sales Volume per calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Tier upgrades apply immediately once the threshold is reached and reset annually.

How the Tier System Works

All independent contractors affiliated with You Choose Travels LLC are required to present and obtain a signed Client Terms & Conditions Agreement for every booking, regardless of booking type, destination, or payment status.

Agents must use the approved Client Terms & Conditions template provided by You Choose Travels LLC (fillable PDF or onboarding portal version). No substitutions, removals, or material alterations to the agency-required language are permitted.

πŸ›‘ Agency Compliance Protection

This requirement ensures:

  • Client acknowledgment of vendor policies
  • Compliance with Florida Seller of Travel regulations
  • Protection of You Choose Travels LLC, its independent contractors, and its vendors

Any booking made without a signed Client Terms & Conditions agreement will be considered non-compliant and may void agency support in the event of disputes, chargebacks, or cancellations.

πŸ’Ό Fee Disclosure Requirement

Independent contractors may include their own service, planning, or cancellation fees within the designated section of the form.

All agent-imposed fees must be clearly disclosed and acknowledged by the client in writing before booking.

Agent fees are separate from supplier penalties and from any agency-level policies.

All agents must obtain a signed Client Terms & Conditions form for every booking. Failure to do so may result in loss of commission protection and agency support.

Agents affiliated with You Choose Travels LLC may qualify to apply for an IATA ID Card once eligibility requirements are met.

Please note: The IATA ID Card is issued to individual travel professionals, not to the agency itself. Applicants must be affiliated with an agency that holds an active IATA code.

  • Agency Affiliation:
    Must be affiliated with an agency that maintains an active IATA code.
  • Sales / Income:
    Minimum of $5,000 in earned commissions and/or salary within the past 12 months.
  • Work Hours:

  • Age Requirement:
    Must be 18 years or older.

Once these requirements are met, eligible agents may be added to our agency’s IATA list and guided through the application process.

Eligibility is reviewed individually and must meet current IATA standards.

Airfare is typically available 11–12 months in advance when airline schedules are first released. However, the best deals are often found during the "Goldilocks Window".

  • International flights: 2–8 months before departure

General Booking Timeline

  • 11–12 months out: Earliest availability (not always cheapest)
  • Peak season: Book early (3–5 months domestic / 4–10 months international)
  • Avoid last-minute bookings: Higher prices and limited seats

  • Booking day: Midweek (Tuesday/Wednesday) or Sunday may offer small savings
  • Flying day: Midweek flights tend to be cheaper
